I am the classic horse loving nut that ever year I still wants a pony for Christmas! When I was little my first word was "pony" and that was also my favorite word to spell. You could always find me drawing horses or pretending to be one. I was in heaven the days ESPN covered show jumping or when Nicolodeon ran episodes of Mr Ed! I would sneak out to the living room at 11pm on school nights to watch Mr Ed. It really didn't matter what it was on tv; Bonanza, Young Riders, Little House on The Prairie, The Black Stallion... if it had horses you can bet I was watching it!
Today, I own several APHA and AQHA horses at any given time with goals of successfully training and showing them in futurities or Association breed shows. I have a true passion for horses of all types and disciplines. Even though I love horses of all colors and sizes, I always seem to drift towards the paints. Maybe its the color and designs that attract me to them :-)
Meeting my husband Mark is what truly gave me the idea to specialize in equine marketing and design. He was my doorway into the equine world.
I served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Paint Horse Association from 2005-2008. During my time on the BOD I helped develop, market & manage the MPHA Summer Sizzler, one of the largest APHA shows in the Midwest.
